Starlight is a rainbow flash reflective nail polish topper in a clear base. Starlight contains special glitter particles that bounce back direct light (such as sunlight or strong indoor bulbs) for an intense sparkle effect. Flash and glitter that blaze like tinsel under bright bulbs. Dramatic, festive, and always the first to be noticed at the party. Please note glitter polishes dry slightly textured. We recommend applying 2 layers of our Looking Glass Top Coat to smooth out the finish. For easy removal, we recommend using our Paint N' Peel Base Coat as your base.
How to use
Apply over a base color as a topper. Because glitter polishes dry slightly textured, apply 2 layers of Looking Glass Top Coat to smooth the finish; for easy removal use Paint N' Peel Base Coat underneath.
