How to use

Apply a base color (optional), then a layer of Chrome Effect (or other no-wipe gel topcoat). Use a sponge-tip applicator, makeup sponge, or silicone brush to buff a thin layer of pigment onto the nail, brush off excess, then seal with a thin layer of hard/builder gel and finish with gel top coat.
