Bleach London Champagne Toner Kit is a Champagne-coloured, semi-permanent toner which removes unwanted yellow tones to leave a creamy blonde shade. Adding Champagne pigments to bleached hair, it effectively neutralises brassy yellows to create an even golden blonde finish or ideal base for adding Super Cool Colours over the top. This gentle, ammonia-free toner works best on pale yellow bleached blonde hair of any type. How to use

Apply to pale yellow bleached blonde hair to neutralise brassy tones; do a strand test first. One kit covers very short hair or 6-8 weeks of root regrowth, two kits for short to shoulder length, three kits for hair below shoulder length.
